The WoW Family is a group of wonderful pet owners who take exceptional care of their dogs and cats in their lives. If you are looking to maintain your pets’ coats healthy, then we would love to add you and your pet to the WoW Family.
Here are a few important details the WoW Grooming Mobile team would like you to know:
While every pet is different, we generally recommend, based on skin and coat, that dogs be groomed at least every 4 weeks or at most every 8 weeks. Regular grooming in dogs is especially important to help keep their skin, coat, ears, nails, and teeth healthy.
We build a relationship with your pets. We take our time and work with the flow or pace of the dog. This is especially important for older dogs, anxious dogs and puppies. A regular grooming schedule greatly reduces matting, tangles, smells, shaving and stress associated with the grooming process.
The WoW Family has grown in the past year and encourage everyone to set regular grooming appointments. Last minute appointments are just not possible at this time. Booking your appointments ahead of time is the best way to not be left behind or waiting way too long for an appointment.
All mobile grooming appointments are scheduled in 2-hour “blocks.” Therefore, if you have a 1-3 pm appointment, expect Ricky or Rayza to arrive sometime between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. The groomers will call or text you when they are on their way. Please have your dog’s ready and waiting when the groomer arrives.
Knowledge is power. We constantly strive to learn and grow our understanding of dogs to better serve the WoW Family pets and families.
Ricky and Rayza are well paid professionals. We want you to know that “tipping” is neither required, nor expected. However, it remains an appropriate way to say, “Thank you” for service that exceeds your expectations.

Regular Clients
Just like humans need to shower, brush our teeth, trim our nails, and get routine skin checkups, so do our precious doggies. At WoW Grooming, we believe a clean dog isn’t just a happy dog, it’s a healthy dog. Our clients keep their dogs on a regular grooming schedule to ensure they are healthy and looking their furry best year-round.
Non-regular clients
While we do not turn anyone down, we have found that dogs that are not groomed on a regular basis require additional time, skill, and products. We recommend dogs be groomed every 4-6 weeks, those we haven’t seen in over 8-12 weeks will incur an additional $25 charge.
