There will be a mandatory $28 charge, if we arrive to pre-determined location on specified date, and pet is not available to groom. We schedule our groomers by appointment only. If we reserve a time slot for your pet, and your pet will not be available at the designated time, we ask that you please cancel 24 hours in advance.
